Lydia and Toby
They met at a nightclub in 2013, and after three short months, Lydia finally decided to reply to Toby’s message sent after the night they first crossed paths. They then went on their first date, and as they say, the rest was history.
To top off all of the romance, Toby proposed to Lydia on their skiing trip in the Dolomites, Italy. Like a scene from a movie, he had it all figured out and got down on one knee in the snow, on the mountain.
Inspired by the rustic beauty of Middleton Lodge, their wedding was abundant with nature and flora, with the theme continuing on into the brides dress itself. Adorned in floral applique, her tulle Liz Martinez gown and veil matched perfectly with the romantic theme of the wedding. Lydia wore the Ariel dress on her special day, from collection Spring Summer 19, and looked absolutely stunning.
The room was adorned in wood and rattan furniture, candlesticks and greenery, the perfect rustic yet romantic wedding. To top it all off, the menu was curated from the venues very own kitchen garden as well as local produce.
Their day opened with a yoga class, shifting the nervous energy and preparing the bride for the beginning of her forever. To this beautiful couple, marriage means a promise to one another, and to be each other’s number one fan. We couldn’t agree more and are so grateful to have been a part of this beautiful day.
